Capcom Announces SFV: CE Summer Update 2021 Stream, Akira Kazama & Oro Gameplay Being Shown

Next Tuesday (August 3rd) at 3:00pm PDT, Capcom's official Street Fighter V: Champion Edition "Summer Update 2021" digital stream event will be live for 1 hour to show off fresh gameplay and a behind-the-scenes look of upcoming Season 5 Characters Oro and Akira Kazama from Rival Schools. SFV Director Takayuki Nakayama and Producer Shuhei Matsumoto will once again be on commentary during the stream. There's a chance we may even see the reveal of the final (unannounced) Season 5 character... with Capcom mentioning in the official tweet below that they have "more" to show than Akira Kazama and Oro. If not a new character announcement, it's likely we'll see something like new Summer costumes or a new stage being revealed. [UPDATE] As speculated, the fifth new character was revealed at the event... see TFG's new article for a full recap of the announcements!

The stream will be live at Twitch.tv/TwitchGaming and Twitch.tv/CapcomFighters. Also scroll down to listen to an English voice clip of Oro that Capcom shared on Twitter today! Tune in next week on Fighters Generation for full coverage of the event.
