The King of Fighters:
All-Star × Street Fighter Collaboration Announced,
Coming March 2022
|

|
 Since
its release in 2018, Netmarble's hit mobile beat-em-up RPG, The King of
Fighters: All Star, has featured an insane and unprecedented
variety of crossovers with other franchises — including the likes
of Guilty Gear,
TEKKEN, WWE,
Dead or Alive, Epic
Quest, Gin Tama, Seven Knights, The Seven Deadly Sins,
and SNK's own Samurai Shodown. What's missing from this epic
array of
crossovers? STREET FIGHTER... of course! 
It might not be Capcom
Vs. SNK 3, or a CVS2
re-release with rollback netcode, but Netmarble announced six of Capcom's icons from Street
Fighter V: Champion Edition will join KOF: All-Star as
playable characters starting March 24th, 2022. To kick
things off... Ryu, Chun-Li,
and Chun-Li's Street Fighter Alpha "Nostalgia" version
are confirmed as the first 3 guest fighters.

In case you were
wondering, each version of Chun-Li will have her own unique special attacks,
abilities, and battle cards. The
remaining 3 Street Fighter characters joining Ryu and
Chun-Li have not yet been revealed.
Pre-registration for the KOF: All Star crossover event is now live
on Netmarble's official
site. Netmarble will also be launching a collab. "coupon" which will give
all players a chance to unlock
the incoming Street Fighter guest characters.
Pre-registration
for the event begins March 15th, 2022. Stay tuned on
Fighters Generation for continued coverage, including more artwork
and gameplay videos (coming soon). The King of
Fighters: All Star is currently available to download for free on iOS
and Android devices. An active PC version beta test is ongoing as well.
