Street Fighter 6 Demo
at San Diego Comic-Con 2022
|
|
Capcom
USA announced
a Street Fighter 6
demo will be
appearing at this year's San Diego Comic-Con
taking place July 21st - 24th, 2022. As the first public hands-on
demo of SF6 in North America, it appears the SDCC demo will be the
same build of the game that we saw back in June
for Summer Game Fest. That said, SDCC '22 attendees will be able to try
out Ryu, Chun-Li,
Jamie, and Luke
in 2-player versus mode or against the CPU. Players can also try out the
game's Real Time Commentator Feature where Vicious and Aru can be selected
to provide commentary for your matches. Capcom's booth will also have
playable demos of Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak and Capcom
Arcade 2nd Stadium.
In addition to the
demo, Capcom's booth will feature a "photo
op" area where attendees can watch the live creation of digital graffiti,
then strike a pose in front of Street Fighter 6-themed backdrops.
Live graffiti artists will even be tagging a section of the booth and
displaying their work for SDCC '22 attendees to enjoy. There will be a
different piece of artwork created each day of the event, and Capcom will
be sharing these live graffiti pieces on Capcom's social channels.

info.

Capcom's SDCC
'22 booth will also host a developer panel where members of the
dev-team will be taking a "deep dive" into SF6's revealed
characters so far and talking about how SF6 is being developed.
They will also be hosting a trivia contest where attendees can score
prizes. Capcom didn't
mention or hint at any SF6 "announcements" thus far, but
we will keep you up to date if any new information or content is revealed.
Stay tuned on Fighters Generation for more Street
Fighter 6 coverage.
