standout newcomer to TEKKEN's diverse roster, TEKKEN
8's
Reina is a major
part of the story and brings an incredibly fluid and hard-hitting Japanese
martial art called Taido to the iconic series. While her impressive
moveset and insane animations were designed by Bandai Namco's own talented
team of artists, Bayonetta character designer Mari
Shimazaki was behind Reina's visual design in TEKKEN 8. Namco
has been bringing in guest artists to design various costumes for their
legendary 3D fighting game characters since the days of SoulCalibur
2 and TEKKEN 5.
On social media, Mari Shimazaki posted several early Reina concept
illustrations with her own commentary added. 
Heihachi
Mishima was released in TEKKEN 8 on September 30th for Early Access players and October 3rd (PDT) / October 4th
(EST) worldwide. Stay tuned on
