Felicia was raised by a
Catholic nun named Rose. When Rose died, Felicia left her town hoping to be a
musical star. During her travels, she met many other catgirls of her kind. With
her newfound friends, she set out for her dream of being on stage. Eventually,
she and her friends started a musical with Felicia being the main star. In the
events of Vampire Savior, she wondered about how she could make others
happy. In her ending, Felicia became a nun herself and founded an orphanage
named "Felicity House."
"I
realized I was a monster when I was six. Nobody would come near me or be
my friend 'cause they were scared of me. 'What did I do to deserve this?'
I'd often ask myself. I'd sit in front of the TV and watch musical stars
all day long 'cause I had nothing to do. Until, one day, I realized...
'This is it!' How people would love me if I were up on that brilliant stage!
I'm a pretty good dancer, too. I won't let anyone stop me!" Felicia's kitty
dreams of becoming a musical star have finally been realized, and she is
satisfied with her life now that she's able to sing, dance, and spend time
in front of an affectionate audience. However, she is unable to forget
that there are many people who feel alone, just as Felicia did at one time.
"How can we all be happy?!" she meowed. Then, all of sudden, her nine souls
were summoned to the Devil dimension by some powerful being's mystic force.
Felicia is totally disoriented in the beginning, but finally is able to
realize what she must do. She recalls what her mom instructed her about
selecting the way of happiness on her own.

It's designs like
Felicia that make me glad that censorship knows its limits. No fighting game
babe ever showed quite as much skin as as Felicia... she somehow
gets away with practically being nude, simply because she's a genuine cat-girl.
:3 Felicia is one of the
original cat girls of fighting games, and still one of the most iconic. Ever since her debut in 1994,
Felicia has been
known for her
hilariously clever moves, memorable mannerisms, and vibrant personality. Darkstalkers just
wouldn't be the same without her.
It was nice to see Felicia break out of her series and appear in crossovers,
such as: SNK VS Capcom: Match of the Millennium, Pocket Fighter, and Marvel VS Capcom.
Her MOTM version was awesome, but she deserved more flare (and better
moves) in MVC2. That said, her epic return in Marvel VS Capcom 3
made up for it, and is arguably
her most detailed fighting game incarnation to date. On a side note, Felicia has
had some of the catchiest
background themes in fighting game history (with several cool remixes to boot)!
