WWE's Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston Show Up Wearing TEKKEN 7-Inspired Ring Attire

It's no secret that pro-wrestler Xavier Woods is more than just a normal fan of fighting games... he's a BIG fan with gaming-related YouTube (UpUpDownDown) and Twitch channels to boot. Xavier also recently had a big win at October 2021's Crown Jewel event where he won the King of the Ring tournament. Since then, Woods adapted a hilarious new "King" gimmick, bringing new life into his character with a new regal and self-loving persona. A seasoned TEKKEN 7 player as well, and a man of good taste, Woods has officially fused WWE's King gimmick with none other than everyone's favorite Jaguar-mask-wearing pro-wrestler from TEKKEN... King. In a recent appearance, Woods' New Day partner Kofi Kingston also sported some sick Bryan Fury threads based on the character's badass TEKKEN 7 design. Scroll down to see photos and Concept Art of their epic ring attire!

What's EPIC about Xavier Woods' King-inspired threads, besides the fact that they're awesome because they're inspired by TEKKEN designs, is the fact that Xavier's costume brings together TWO of King's iconic costumes from series history King's TEKKEN 5 black robe attire (an underrated fan favorite), and his current TEKKEN 7 look, which hasn't changed a whole lot from TEKKEN 5 (and still doesn't need to).

Kofi Kingston's Bryan Fury design is nothing to overlook either. Both costumes were created by Jonathan Davenport (@TheRealDavenpoe), a designer from Florida, USA. Needless to say, these designs are epic and work perfectly with the usual wardrobe of both WWE superstars.

Of course, this isn't the first time Xavier and Kofi have come to the ring in gaming or anime-inspired attire, either. Their Dragonball Z costumes at Wrestlemania 32, alongside third member of the trio Big E, are pretty legendary after all. The duo of Kofi and Xavier also wore Mortal Kombat-inspired threads back in '21.
