8 Paul Phoenix Gameplay Trailer

Namco just dropped the 4th full-length TEKKEN
8
character trailer! The latest TEKKEN 8 gameplay showcase stars old school
series veteran Paul
Phoenix. Nicknamed the "Hot-Blooded Destroyer", Mr. Phoenix
shows off his new motorcycle during his new TEKKEN 8 intro
animation and
demonstrates some of his latest combos and Heat System techniques,
including a devastating Guard Break and Wall Break combo.
Today's trailer also unveils a new stage we haven't seen until
today! Enjoy Paul's official gameplay reveal trailer from Bandai Namco,
below.

Notable
details revealed in the trailer: Paul performs a Heat Engager
(or Heat Smash) technique, followed up by a Guard Break and
then a Wall Break, finally finishing the combo downstairs. In case
you didn't notice, it's also worth pointing out that Paul's jacket sleeve now "burns"
completely off, exposing his right arm immediately after he performs his Rage Art.
(This visual effect did not appear in previous trailers showing Paul's
Page Art.)
FUN FACT:
The announcer featured in TEKKEN 8's character reveal trailers is Lenne
Hardt, an American female ring announcer who has worked major fighting
and martial arts events over the years including PRIDE Fighting
Championships, Dream, One Championship, Glory World Series, and Rizin
Fighting Federation. Lenne Hardt was also the voice of Anna
Williams in TEKKEN
