	Street Fighter Producer Yoshinori Ono is Leaving Capcom After 30-Year Career

  

Yoshinori Ono has been a producer of the Street Fighter franchise since 1998, originally a lead member of the Sound team for titles such as SFA3 and SFIII: 3rd Strike. Ono-san moved on to being lead producer of Capcom Fighting Jam, Street Fighter IV (series), Street Fighter x TEKKEN, MVC: Infinite, and Street Fighter V. Ever since the "revival" of the Street Fighter franchise back in 2009, Yoshinori Ono also became a popular public figure thanks to his enthusiastic & charismatic appearances at many esports events, and in promotional videos / streams over the years. Over the weekend, Ono-san announced on Twitter that he is officially parting ways with Capcom "this Summer" after a 30-year-long career.
