SNK Postpones KOF XV Announcement

  

The fighting game community and SNK fans around the world were excitedly looking forward to SNK's previously announced world premiere for The King of Fighters XV tonight. Unfortunately, SNK postponed their announcement (without giving an official reason) hours before the reveal, apologizing and telling fans to stay tuned until a new date and time is confirmed. SNK was also set to reveal new information about Samurai Shodown Season Pass 3, which was also been postponed. Below is SNK's official tweet about the postponement. [UPDATE] The following day, January 7th, SNK posted the reveal trailer for KOF XV and Samurai Shodown Season 3 around the same time it was going to debut yesterday. (Nice recovery roll. Thanks for your hard work, SNK.)

The King of Fighters XV and Samurai Shodown Season 3 Officially Revealed

SNK officially revealed The King of Fighters XV and confirmed the game is coming in 2021. Confirmed characters include: Kyo, Benimaru, Shun'ei, K', Leona, and Mai Shiranui. The KOF XV world premiere reveal trailer also includes appearances and commentary from producer Yasuyuki Oda and Creative Director Eisuke Ogura. Additionally, Cham Cham and Hibiki from The Last Blade are coming to Samurai Shodown Season 3!
