	The King of Fighters XV Reveal Trailer, Cham Cham & Hibiki Coming to Samurai Shodown Season 3

  

Tonight, SNK officially revealed The King of Fighters XV and announced the game is coming in 2021. Confirmed characters who appear in the KOF XV reveal trailer, include: Kyo Kusanagi, Benimaru Nikaido, Shun'ei, K', Leona Heidern, and Mai Shiranui. In addition to showing off the first ever KOF XV gameplay and shiny new graphics engine, the trailer also features appearances and commentary by producer Yasuyuki Oda and Creative Director Eisuke Ogura. Additionally, Cham Cham and Hibiki from The Last Blade were announced for Samurai Shodown Season Pass 3. Cham Cham will join the roster in Mid-March 2021. [UPDATE] Added more screenshots.     The KOF series has a long history of character cameos from other SNK games appearing on stages. The above screenshot confirms cameos will return in KOF XV, as two wrestlers from 1993 NEOGEO wrestling game, 3 Count Bout, appear in this background (Terry Rogers and M. Barnes).     [UPDATE] During the reveal, Yasuyuki Oda and Eisuke Ogura also announced an upcoming anime adaptation of KOF XV, directed by Masami Obari!
