Nu-13... Mu-12... now you've really gone and confused the hell outta me Arc System Works. Was this sprite clone really necessary? In fairness, her play-style is pretty different from Nu-13's and she has a few original animations too. Needless to say, I like the original design of Noel much better. These types of "random ultra-powerful anime girls" designs never really interested me, personally... that's all I can say.
