BIO:

Seth was ordered by his superior Ling to enter the King of Fighters tournament to capture the Flying Brigands leader, Ron. To do this, he arranges to team with Benimaru, Shingo and Lin. During the tournament, he learns that Ling is really Zero in disguise and that Ron had joined with NESTS. He continues to investigate Ron's activities as the series progresses, presumably to prevent him from becoming too powerful. He was also asked to attend Heidern's conference with the Agent Team in The King of Fighters XI.

In the Maximum Impact series, he is often blamed for causing Fate's death. Seth gave him information about Duke, which eventually motivated him to stand against the crime lord. In Alba and Soiree's eyes, the agent gave Fate false information and set him up for his death. Although they learn the truth behind their father's death later, the Meira brothers often target Seth as an act of vengeance.

Seth is just a big mean man in suspenders... and he seems to really like his suspenders. (Quit playing with your suspenders, bruh! lol.) Nervous quirk aside, Seth is a pretty cool KOF character. His character design seems a bit "simple" for KOF, but he still looks cool. Seth helped define the "cooler" image of the series in KOF 2000 and after (during the NESTS saga). I think his look might've been partly inspired by Dudley (since SFIII was a very popular series at the time), even though Seth fights completely different from Dudley. He's more of a brawler than any kind of disciplined fighter.

That said, Seth's fighting style is also a bit sloppy in some ways... but he's still got some cool animations and mannerisms unique to him. I'm not sure his general moveset would look as interesting in 3D as it does in SNK's 2D sprite style, however. Nonetheless, I'm still glad Seth made the cut to SNK's 3D iteration of KOF, Maximum Impact... which was (unfortunately) his most modern appearance. He did look a bit odd in that game.
