I was certain this
character was a she when I first saw Takato. Just look at that feminine face. Trickery! Either way, SNK makes cool designs that haven't been done before. Many years later, they came out with
Shion who fooled everyone again. ;)
Anyhow, a traditional
Aikido fighter fits into Buriki One pretty well. Aikido is a deadly and beautiful martial art. However, Takato is a pretty plain and uninspired design it would seem. It's also obscure that such an under-developed design like Takato got his own card in both Card Fighters Clash and Card Fighters Clash 2. That's pretty random! Maybe this
character made a bigger splash in Japan? That said, you gotta be a real fan SNK to know this character.
