mystic that believed that to purge temptation, one had to be in contact with
it (that includes sex). Rasputin of World Heroes is loosely based on Grigori Rasputin, a mystical adviser in the court of Czar Nicholas II of Russia. He
was believed to be a healer, psychic,
visionary and prophet.
