BIO:

As one of the Hakkesshu (Orochi's assassins), Mature joins forces with Vice to serve their master, Orochi. The two took orders from one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Orochi, Goenitz, even though they didn't like him. She and Vice were ordered by Goenitz to keep an eye on Rugal, who was attempting to use Orochi's power, so they posed as his secretaries.

When Rugal was killed, Goenitz ordered Vice and Mature to follow Iori Yagami, due to his Yagami heritage of the Orochi power, and bring him to the 1996 tournament. Goenitz was defeated by Kyo Kusanagi and Iori at the end of the tournament, but Vice and Mature betrayed him, deciding Iori was a better ally to help them awaken Orochi. Their plan backfired however, as Iori entered the Riot of the Blood and attacked them, apparently killing them. Although dead, the two can take the form of solid shadows in the living realm.

The two continued to haunt Iori in his dreams and eventually revealed themselves to still exist in the mortal realm before the beginning of The King of Fighters XIII. Both Mature and Vice want to prevent Orochi's power from being stolen by Ash or Those from the Past. Mature looks forward to seeing Iori fight without his flames. They agree not to hold a grudge against Iori and convince Iori to join with the lure of confronting Ash.

After the climax of the KOF XIII tournament, Iori's magatama returns to his possession and the weakened Orochi seal begins to strengthen itself once more. Both she and Vice ask if he truly wants to accept the magatama and the Orochi blood once more, offering him a final chance to completely eradicate the cursed fate from his bloodline. When Iori refuses their offer, the women fade once more out of existence. They state they will meet him again in his dreams.

Along with Vice, she started a new trend of "cool" KOF females. Her slick hairstyle and outfit is naturally cool and in the early days of KOF, that was pretty much all she needed. She and Vice are sprite clones of course, but at least Mature has plenty of her own unique moves. I personally wasn't a big fan of her original outfit and I'm glad they finally updated her in KOF XII & XIII even though her new design is on the simple side. One a side note, in KOF XII/XIII she kinda looks like Elle Driver from the Kill Bill movies, especially with that eye patch. ;)

Mature's fighting style was always just "mediocre" at best to me. She does a lot of "scratching"... some flipping... and throws basic Slash / Sonic Boom projectiles. On the flipside, I found her pretty fun to use in KOF XII and KOF XIII. Her KOF XIV iterations isn't bad either. Her super move where she puts on lipstick with her little mirror out is pretty awesome. lol.
