Ayame is the energetic star artiste in a traveling troupe. Secretly, she is descended from a ninja family and is herself a master ninja how can toy with her foes with daring feats and acrobatic grace. Ayame is the colorful and flashy native Kunoichi / Japanese girl of the Power Stone series. She's cute and easily likeable... which has proven to be a good design choice for many anime / fighting game character designs. While we've definitely seen this type of ninja-girl design before in other series, Ayame's crazy transformation into her "cyber-bunny-ninja form" is what makes her unique. Within the realm of the Power Stone, she's probably one of the most vibrant and interesting designs... but she arguably lacks excitement otherwise. As far as Capcom heroines go, she's a bit obscure and not quite up there with the likes Chun-Li or Felicia, but she's still cool for a ninja girl. Hmm, I wonder if she knows or is friends with Ibuki. They'd make a cool tag team in a crossover title.
