Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC in March 2022

During The Game Awards 2021, Atlus announced Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam). Originally released in 2014 on PS3 and Xbox 360, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax was the sequel to Persona 4 Arena adding several new characters, modes, and updating the story. Fans of P4U can look forward to picking up the game on modern platforms when it drops on March 17th, 2022 for $29.99. This rerelease will include all DLC content and characters released for the game post-launch, including alternate color packs, announcer voiceovers, music collection, etc. Furthermore, the Japan announce trailer (below) confirms the rerelease will be updated with the Japan arcade version 2.50 patch for the first time on console.

[UPDATE]
Atlus confirmed the new port of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will launch without rollback netcode, but they are considering implanting the feature in a later update. With Arc System Works recently announcing retrospective rollback for BlazBlue Central Fiction and BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, one would hope ASW will bring P4U up to speed with rollback-enhanced online, as well. However, we'll have to wait for confirmation of rollback and we'll keep you updated.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is now available for pre-order on Steam for $29.99. Also worth mentioning, Steam is offering a bundle with P4U packaged alongside the excellent and highly-acclaimed Persona 4 Golden (RPG) - Digital Deluxe Edition for $38.48. If you're into great JRPGs and fighting games, it might be worth your while.
