Is Gekkou from the same ninja school as
Geki? Not really serious... just point out they have similar-sounding names. They've also got the same color ninja cloths going on. Tatio with the early homage to SF1? Maybe.
Visually, Gekkou is a pretty cool looking ninja design, for the most part. I actually like his outfit quite a bit! Gekkou has your typical fighting game ninja moves and abilities that you'd expect, and he's actually one of the strongest characters in Kaiser Knuckle, by far! Top tier ninja right here!
