El Gado

BIO:

A low-ranking member of the Mad Gear Gang, El Gado patrolled the streets of Metro City until the gang disbanded. Unable to find a permanent job, El Gado continued his life of crime and eventually joined Rolento's gang. Again, El Gado was nothing more than a lackey, and it is unknown how long he stayed with the gang before departing for greener pastures.

As one of the original generic bad guys of Final Fight... El Gado making it to an actual fighting game was unexpected but a nostalgic treat for old school Capcom fans. He even briefly appeared in the American SF cartoon! In Revenge, they fleshed him out a little bit in the official artwork, but he ended up being bland since that game was terrible. El Gado is one of the few Final Fight characters who probably could've used a minor design makeover in terms of his outfit. As far as his original fighting style goes... he doesn't do much besides gymnastic flips and stab people. He's kind of a jerk.

Seeing him cameo in Rolento's SFA super move was even better than his actual fighting game debut. Fan service! At least you found a purpose, El Gado! Forever Rolento's henchman. On a side note, for some reason I always enjoyed fighting against El Gado and Hollywood in the original Final Fight. They're just fun bad guys to beat up on and match-up against. Anti air tech! Also fun, because you always get to steal their knife after knocking them down and use it against them. Cool shit, Final Fight.
