BlazBlue
Entropy Effect Launches January 31, 2024
|

|
 Announced
last year, BlazBlue Entropy Effect is a spin-off title of
Arc System Works' 2D fighting game series, BlazBlue.
Developed by Chinese studio 91Act, BlazBlue Entropy Effect features
10 playable characters from the BlazBlue series in 2D
roguelike side-scroller gameplay. An early access pre-release version was
made available on Steam back in August 2023, featuring Chinese voiceovers
for characters. The full version of the game launches January 31st,
2024 and will feature both English and Japanese voice options.

When
it launches later this month, BlazBlue
Entropy Effect will feature 10 playable characters: Ragna
the Bloodedge, Jin
Kisaragi, Noel
Vermillion, Taokaka,
Hakumen, Mai
Natsume, Hibiki
Kohaku, Kokonoe,
Es, and Lambda-11.
All playable characters will contain some (but not all) of their
trademark attacks from the fighting game series. They will also be able to
level-up their abilities after completing stages, comparable to games like
