Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Launching August 30th,
2022
|
|
Konami
and Nickelodeon announced Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection — a compilation of 13
classic TMNT beat-em-up titles and fighting games released from the
90s —
launches on PC and consoles August 30th, 2022. Once again,
the compilation conveniently
includes all three different versions of Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (NES, SNES, Genesis) —
which are three entirely different games all confusingly sharing the same title.
The Cowabunga Collection will finally alleviate that confusion,
allowing players to experience all 3 different versions. Check
out the
new release date trailer, dude!

addition to online and local multiplayer, PlayStation.Blog
confirmed Digital Eclipse is including several "quality of life"
features for the compilation — including Rewind and Save
Anytime options. Digital Eclipse is also including custom "game
guides" inspired by the aesthetic of 80's and 90's video game
magazines to help get players through notoriously tricky parts of the
8-bit and 16-bit beat-em-ups.
