Guilty Gear STRIVE Sells 300,000 Copies in 4 Days

Arc System Works announced Guilty Gear STRIVE's launch numbers have already hit a milestone; 300,000 shipments and digital sales worldwide. “Bursting onto the scene strong from the start Guilty Gear Strive ships 300k units worldwide!” (@ArcSystemWorksU via Twitter). It's even more impressive that the game only released on PS4, PS5, and PC (Steam)... and just 4 days ago. "Off to a great start" is a quite the understatement. For a fighting game in 2021? These are incredible numbers and the strong launch bodes well for Guilty Gear -STRIVE-'s future content and success. Most past Guilty Gear titles didn't achieve numbers anywhere close to these (especially not in such a short amount of time), so hats off to Arc System Works for a very successful launch!

TEKKEN series producer Katsuhiro Harada even chimed in on Twitter to celebrate the news, as Bandai Namco are also publishers for the game.
