 Blazing Strike
is an upcoming indie 2D fighting game by developer Rarebreed Makes Games, inspired by old school sprite-based 2D fighting games of the 90's. The game is planned for release on Steam, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch in Spring 2022. Today, Aksys Games released a first look gameplay trailer for Blazing Strike which introduces several of the game's characters, including
Alexander, Lei Long, Ryohei, Mochizuki, and Hana. The 1-minute trailer (below) shows off new gameplay of the latest build of the game in addition to some sleek artwork of the aforementioned characters.
Planned modes for the game include
Story Mode, Arcade,
Versus
, Training, and Online powered by GGPO.
