guidelines for banner contest 2008:

1. Banners should be no bigger than 600 (width) X 250 (height). Other than that, any size or shape is acceptable.

2. Banners can simply say "The Fighter's Generation / TFG," or be themed for any of TFG's specific sections such as "News, Characters, Games, Funnies, Videos, etc;" or even for individual pages/features like "Timeline, Separated at Birth, Artist Profiles, Translations, etc." Using the the text "TFG" and/or "The Fighter's Generation" is promoted (on all banners) but not required. Also feel free to include the web address on any banner... "FightersGeneration.com"

3. Animated banners are allowed, just keep the animations relatively short & sweet; and of course, "original."

4. "Cross overs" will be the theme of this years contest... Be creative. For example: See if you can mix characters from SNK with characters from Sammy/Arc System Works, Capcom with Midway, or even Namco with Sega... Be creative! However, you don't have to follow the theme of this contest to win.

5. There's no limit to how many banners you can enter into the contest... Increase your chances of winning and create as many as you like! May the best banner win!!! Your TFG Webmaster will be the ultimate judge of the contest, and will also be supplying the prizes (below).
