Weather Report, real name Wes Bluemarine, first appears in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Part 6, Stone Ocean. Weather Report is introduced as an amnesiac and fellow inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison. He seeks his past memory and eventually allies himself with Jolyne Cujoh. Weather is a Stand user, his Stand also named "Weather Report". His Stand can control various weather phenomena.
