Prosciutto & Pesci are a playable duo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R. Both Prosciutto and Pesci originate from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Part V, first appearing in the "Express Train to Florence" and "The Grateful Dead" story arcs.

Prosciutto is an assassin from La Squadra Esecuzioni, alongside Pesci. Both of them battle Team Bucciarati inside a high-speed train traveling to Florence. Prosciutto uses a Stand called "The Grateful Dead"' which has the ability to age people in a large area. Pesci uses a fishing rod-like Stand called "Beach Boy" to hook people from afar, in an attempt to tear out their internal organs.
