If JP's default
outfit wasn't so loud and bright, I might've given his visual design a higher
rating. Is he color blind? Because anyone who wears bright orange with white and
doesn't get annoyed is probably color blind. Ahh well, his other outfit colors
are pretty good. He's a bit dry and overshadowed by SF6's other newcomers, but
he's interesting in his own ways.
For one, JP has entrapped M. Bison in his cane...
and can summon his psycho power anytime for several of his special moves. Poor
Bison, reduced to being a magical pet inside JP's cane. JP's animations and
moveset design is pretty good, although some of his animations seem strange for Street
Fighter. I'm still not fond of his bright-ass Fruity
Pebbles orange suit, but his overall appearance is compelling and
interesting enough for a series newcomer. He fits his role as a
somewhat-annoying "zoning" character.
