Fernandez, "Fernandeath" in Japan, is the main antagonist and final boss of Waku Waku 7. Once all seven Waku Waku Balls are gathered at the Waku Waku Monument, the Fairy of the Balls awakens. Unfortunately, the act also lets loose the danger the fairy's been keeping at bay: Fernandez. Magically grown to skyscraper heights by the fairy, players have to defeat Fernandez before their wish can be granted. Fernandez is a goofy, yet maniacal harbinger of chaos. It frequently says "desu", a pun of Japanese grammar and the word "death".
