Jin Kisaragi for UNIST or UNICLR. I'll reserve my judgments until using him of course, but Londrekia definitely embraces the look of what I'd expect out of a "3rd / 4th generation UNIEL character". Yeah, kinda been there done that at first glance. But we'll see.
