Lobo is an
ultra-violent motorcycle-riding inter-galactic bounty hunter. Born on the
planet Czarnia, he killed every other member of his race for a high school
science experiment and then gave himself an "A" on the assignment.
In addition to incredible strength, he has an accelerated healing factor that
will completely regenerate his entire body from even a single cell. Despite
his sadistic and vulgar attitude, he has a deep personal code of honor and
will never break his word. He has been a member of L.E.G.I.O.N., the R.E.B.E.L.S. and Young Justice. Lobo was created by Roger Slifer and
Keith Giffen, first appearing in Omega Men #3 (1983).

I'm not much of a
DC fan, but Lobo is probably one of my top favorite characters from the DC
Universe. He doesn't take himself too seriously, yet he's a badass who can tango
with Superman and the rest of them. His fighting game debut in Injustice:
Gods Among Us was well done... but he really should've been a default
character instead of paid DLC. I think NetherRealm knew people would buy Lobo as
DLC since
he's more "likeable" than a lot of other default characters... kind of
a cheap move from NetherRealm to milk a few extra bucks, but it probably worked.
I'm not even an Injustice fan... but why wasn't Lobo included in the
Injustice 2 roster? Damn, that would've pissed me off if I was a fan.
