A mid-ranking ninja from Togakushi. Hina is Shimo's older sister and can be somewhat overprotective of her, but she knows that she must eventually leave their home of Togakushi one day. She is overly critical of herself and often perceives this as weakness. She is frustrated with the Hattori, as they don't seem to give the Togakushi the respect it deserves and will do everything in her power to earn that respect. She wields the sister sword to Shimo's.
