The leader of the Mushin-Kai Yakuza. Shinkai was hired by a mysterious person to turn Green Harbor into chaos. Shinkai's style, Master, is a mix between Karate and street fighting. His personal katana, Shinkai Katana, is known to be the deadliest of all weapons in Urban Reign when it is in the hands of its master.

Shinkai is a badass Yakuza boss... and appropriately one of the bosses of Urban Reign. His personality wasn't fleshed out very much in the game, but his general appearance and fighting style carry him as a decent design in the game.
