A blue ninja who
uses water and ice based attacks. His goals are somewhat similar to Gozu's,
but he is more motivated for vengeance for the death of his brother.

I like this design slightly
better than Gozu, mainly because his mask is somewhat cool... However, like his
clone, his fighting style and overall design is a bit awkward and stale.
