friend and rival. Despite this friendship, he's looking for Sasuke to kill
him, which is supposed to be in accordance to ninja law.

He's a generic
ninja design if I've ever seen one. His traditional attire seems to suit the
series just fine... but he's a bit too plain overall, especially his sprite. If
he was fleshed out a bit, he could've been a lot cooler.
