BIO:

Widely known in Japan as Shiratori no Jun, or Swan Jun, she is the heroine of the Science Ninja Team Gatchaman and certainly not the least capable.  She's the mechanical and computer expert of the team. Her fighting ability usually leaves a few stunned Gallactor passed out on the floor.  Her weapon is a deadly yo-yo that has hooks and explosives attached to it.  She doesn't get into trouble "too" much...When she's not blowing up mecha, she's running the Snack J, a bar/club. She has adopted and takes care of Jinpei.  The two are as close to each other as real siblings can be.

It's pretty clear that Swan Jun was a necessary character to appear in Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom. For old school fans, she's easily recognizable. Jun brings a cool and calming persona to the Gachaman team and has a clean and charming super-heroine aesthetic in terms of her outfit. I like the fact that she's somewhat reserved, not over-the-top, not overly-sexualized as a design. She's not too intimidating with her "cute" swan helmet, but I suppose her enemies underestimate her for it (and she makes them pay).  As a fighting game character, Jun didn't strike me as super-exciting at the start... but she definitely has a cool moveset in Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom and brings a lot of personality to the game.
