Joe Fendi is a
bizarre boxing character. He's got your typical punch-punch combos... a Balrog-inspired
head butt... and a super move which summons spiked balls on his fists. Yup. He's
a comical design for sure... but he fits into Fighting Layer pretty well
since he's as bizarre as many other characters from the game. His fighting style
is a bit generic though.
