Django awaits visitors in the back of the ruins. He is a mystical creature seeking a mysterious force. A veil of mystery shrouds him.
In Final Fantasy VII, Seto was revealed to
be the father of protagonist, Red XIII. (Django's alternate 2P color also resembles Red XIII.) Due to their visual similarities, its speculated that Django and Seto might be related or possibly the same character. In Final Fantasy VII, Seto was turned to stone by evil creatures, while Red XIII believed that his father fled and left his mother to die when Cosmo Canyon was under attack.
Seto running to a spot that was unprotected helped save Cosmo Canyon.
Some of Django's moves in Ehrgeiz are named after Final Fantasy characters, including Seto. Some of Django's move names are as follows: Seto Punch, Seto
