BIO:

Adelheid is the son of Rugal Bernstein. Together with his kid sister Rose, Adel commands the Sky Noah, a flying fortress. He confronts the winners of the KOF 2003 tournament, but his reasons for fighting are unclear. Rose is known to watch Adel's battles and play piano on the observation deck of the Sky Nova. She's proud of being Rugal's daughter, and will not suffer defeat.

Firstly, cool names! Rose and Adelheid make a cool bro-sis duo. Adelheid is a feminine-looking guy. As players of KOF games know, it's not uncommon to see "feminine" males in SNK fighting games. (I wonder what the big boss manly-man Rugal thinks of his girly son.) Adelheid's Karen hairstyle and earrings are... cute. lol. Adelheid's visual design, animations and fighting style are similar to Rugal's... instantly making him an interesting character for veteran KOF fans. Adelheid's cool and flamboyant persona lives up to his last name. His dad's got style, too. Since he's so closely based on Rugal, Adelheid doesn't particularly stand out, but it's always cool seeing a family member accompany a returning or well-known character in a new fighting game.

Personally, I like Rose more. I think she should be playable in a future KOF (and surprise everyone by turning into a sinister villain). >:) You can totally borrow my idea, SNK.
