Black Dahlia Playable Alpha Now
Available in Skullgirls

Games announced the latest character joining the Skullgirls:
2nd Encore roster, Black Dahlia,
is now available in "playable alpha" form for Season 1 Pass
holders to try out. Keeping Skullgirls
tradition alive, this early playable version of the character includes
work-in-progress "sketchy" frames and doesn't contain her full
toolkit yet, but does feature some voice work and her basic gimmicks. Autumn Games
posted up some additional details
about Dahlia's playable alpha version on Steam (see tweet below). Also,

Dahlia, hot off the presses!

Autumn Games
also shared these two high-res animated GIFs of Black Dahlia — which are
definitely looking "complete".
The first one is
an overhead attack of hers where she clobbers her opponent with her gun. The
second animated GIF is her walking forward animation. Beautiful stuff
from Autumn Games, as usual!

Black Dahlia is set to have her full release on Steam, PlayStation 4
and
Mobile later in 2022. The final character joining the Season 1 Pass will
follow in 2023. As a reminder, Skullgirls: 2nd Encore is part of
the main games lineup at EVO 2022.
