 Following the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour grand finals, the game's producer Tomoko Hiroki went onstage to announce Kefla for Season 3, and debuted the first gameplay footage of Ultra
Instinct Goku. The Season 3 Reveal Trailer also confirms 3 additional (unannounced) DLC characters will be released alongside Kefla and Ultra Instinct Goku in Season 3. Ultra Instinct Goku will become playable in Spring 2020.
